DancEnergy Premier Centre of Dance is Calgary's largest professional Ballroom, Latin, Swing and Country dance studio.
Our world class instructors are passionate about sharing the many benefits of dance with you. Dancing is a fun way to
reduce stress, increase energy, and improve strength and coordination while connecting socially to others. If you are brand
new to dance lessons, all of our professional instructors are very experience teaching beginners, you can take group and
private lessons for any style at any level without requiring a partner. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful
