Looking to learn basic kickboxing moves while burning calories and losing inches? Getting tired of your same old work out routine or looking to add in an additional work out?
Join our Level 2 Kickboxing Specialist once a week and learn the basics of kickboxing incorporated into cardio/drill exercises for an awesome work out that is empowering, stress-relieving and FUN!
No experience necessary
- Must bring your own boxing gloves
- Online Waiver and Par-Q must be filled out prior to registration.
Women's FITCamp with Michelle Grieve
The Women's Only FITcamp consists of cardio drills, resistance training, agility ladders, plyometrics and body weight exercise in a upbeat and positive atmosphere run by Michelle who is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Kickboxing Specialist who is friendly, down to earth and there to give you that extra push you need to get the healthy, happy and fit NEW YOU!!!!!!!!
